In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment a second time, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required.

No-shows will be charged the full treatment price and must pay in full before booking a subsequent appointment.

A minimum of 48-hour prior notice is required for cancellations or appointment changes, and there are no refunds if an individual decides to stop the treatment.

Individuals electing to proceed with the treatment should be over the age of 18, not under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not pregnant or nursing, and should certify that the information provided is accurate.

Late arrivals to appointments of over 10 minutes will incur a charge of ElO added to the total treatment price. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or longer will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the cancellation of the appointment, a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Payments for the treatment packages are non-refundable, and adding a new treatment will be considered an additional and separate treatment. It is crucial to inform Sunday Skin UK immediately of any change in health history past and present.

Sunday Skin has the right to withdraw/ delay your appointment if your finance payment isn’t cleared, you are able to rebook when you have approval from PAYL8R.

By signing below, you consent and acknowledge the cancellation, no-show, and deposit agreement. In agreeing to this policy, you permit SUNDAY SKIN UK to charge the agreed fee in the event of a policy violation.
